- Maintain media libraries and ensure files are stored systematically.
- Track content requests, deadlines, and deliverables across teams.
- Support the identification and selection of footage for different communications and storytelling needs.
- Assist in planning content usage across reports, presentations, social media, websites, and partner communications.
- Liaise with videographers, editors, communications teams, and program staff as needed.
