Requirements
- Be based in India.
- Be available for calls in late India hours, typically 7:00–10:00 pm IST.
- Have demonstrated experience designing and rolling out capability-building or L&D programs for globally dispersed teams.
- Have experience with blended delivery.
- Have experience evaluating, selecting, and managing external learning providers.
- Produce strong written outputs that senior stakeholders can make decisions from.
- Be able to work independently in a lean organisation.
- Familiarity with inclusion, DEI, or cross-cultural content is desirable.
- Nonprofit or international development experience is desirable.
- Exposure to LMS platforms is desirable.
Responsibilities
- Develop an evaluation framework and assess identified and additional learning providers.
- Compare providers on reach, scheduling, blended delivery, cohort size, cultural relevance, facilitator quality, platform capability, pricing, and references.
- Recommend the delivery model, including the split between self-paced and live content, cohort sizing, and time-zone scheduling.
- Structure provider conversations and demos, test recommendations with stakeholders, and prepare the selection decision for PI sign-off.
- Support scoping with the selected partner, clarifying PI's and the partner's responsibilities.
- Anchor end-to-end delivery of the cross-cultural sensitisation program to current PI team members.
- Coordinate rollout cohorting, scheduling, participant communications, leadership framing, completion tracking, and follow-up.
- Design the quarterly onboarding process, including enrolment triggers, cohort limits, ownership, tracking, escalation, and indicative annual budget.
- Document the process and provide templates, trackers, partner-facing routines, and a handover session.
