Requirements
- Understand the EDRM Framework.
- Have intermediate to advanced knowledge of Relativity, NUIX, and/or Reveal software platforms.
- Have experience with ticket management, issue tracking, and change log management.
- Be able to work in a team and communicate effectively, while also working independently.
- Demonstrate business awareness, including knowledge of customers and how IT relates to their business strategy and goals.
- Be able to handle multiple projects and issues in a fast-paced environment, including occasionally high-pressure situations.
- Be able to travel for client engagements up to 10%.
- Relativity Infrastructure Specialist and/or Relativity Certified Administrator certification is a plus.
- Additional Relativity, LAW, Brainspace, and NUIX training or certifications are a plus.
- Windows Server Administration, scripting and automation, Microsoft SQL Server, Microsoft IIS, Microsoft Clustering, and server, storage, and networking hardware knowledge are nice-to-haves.
Responsibilities
- Support eDiscovery applications on the frontend and backend.
- Support Relativity, NUIX, Reveal, CloudNine, and iPro software suites, triaging and routing calls to appropriate technicians as required.
- Assist in maintaining and monitoring client environments.
- Develop in-depth knowledge of the software application catalog and how it relates to customer needs.
- Create and edit documentation of internal processes and procedures.
- Keep customers informed of incident progress and notify them of impending changes or agreed outages.
- Enter all work as service tickets into ConnectWise.
- Work through a daily schedule in ConnectWise, entering time and expenses.
