Job Details

Have intermediate knowledge of Relativity, NUIX, and LAW software platforms.
Administer Windows Server 2012 and above.
Have scripting and automation skills.
Have experience with Microsoft SQL Server, Microsoft IIS, and Microsoft Clustering.
Have firewall administration experience; SonicWALL is preferred.
Have advanced networking knowledge.
Administer virtualization environments; VMware is preferred.
Have experience with SAN, NAS, and DAS storage.
Have Cisco routing and switching experience; Force10 is a plus.
Have Dell hardware and software experience.
Be familiar with ticket management, issue tracking, and change log management.
Understand the EDRM Framework.
Work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Relativity Infrastructure Specialist or Relativity Certified Administrator certification is a plus.

Implement and support eDiscovery applications and their supporting infrastructure.
Install, maintain, upgrade, and improve client operating environments.
Monitor eDiscovery platforms and maintain infrastructure reliability, performance, and support.
Triage eDiscovery software issues and route calls to appropriate parties.
Assist Application Support Engineers with application issues and root-cause analysis.
Ensure client environments adhere to system requirements and George Jon best practices.
Provide assistance and escalation support to team members.
Create and edit internal process and procedure documentation.
Communicate incident progress, impending changes, and agreed outages to customers.
Enter work in ConnectWise service tickets and manage and log time and expenses.
