Requirements
- Hold a bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Applications, or a related field, plus 8 years of experience in any related occupation; alternatively, hold a master’s degree plus 6 years of experience.
- Have experience with project planning tools such as Smart Sheet.
- Have experience with database design using SQL and NoSQL.
- Have experience with SQL Server and Oracle databases.
- Have experience with C# and .NET Core.
- Have experience with ETL tools such as SSIS, Informatica, or Talend.
- Have experience with analytics tools such as Business Object, QlikView, and SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS).
- Have experience with test-driven development and CI/CD software engineering practices.
- Have experience with Waterfall, SCRUM, and Agile methodologies, practices, and tools.
- Have experience with software development life-cycle tools such as Jira and Confluence.
- Have experience with code version control systems such as GIT or SVN.
Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate complex software development initiatives supporting web services, software deployment, and partner framework integrations.
- Establish project objectives, technical policies, procedures, roadmaps, and work plans, and delegate tasks to project team members.
- Lead Agile sprint teams in planning, prioritizing, and delivering software features.
- Oversee system and software architecture development, system requirements, and technical design activities.
- Direct modernization of transaction monitoring and sanction screening systems for high-volume payment, AML, and foreign exchange operations.
- Evaluate and define methods and procedures for new project assignments across teams.
- Contribute to full-cycle web application and middleware development, from requirements analysis through deployment and maintenance.
- Oversee database data retrieval strategies and develop data migration plans for system upgrades and integrations.
