- Demonstrate ownership, reliability, and professionalism.
- Have basic to intermediate Excel skills and comfort working with spreadsheets.
- Be familiar with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office.
- Be willing to learn new platforms, portfolio management systems, and operational tools.
- Provide clear context when sharing updates.
- Have a reliable home-office setup and personal device suitable for remote work.
- Be available to consistently support the operations team during US business hours.
- Have interest in a long-term professional commitment and continuous growth.
Responsibilities
- Check reports and client information for accuracy, consistency, and completeness.
- Compare current and previous submissions to identify discrepancies and maintain data quality and compliance.
- Support daily RIA activities, including email sign-in processes, deposit updates, and security checks.
- Track operational tasks and update workflows using Basecamp.
- Prepare and maintain recurring Beta Reports, Client Allocation Group Reports, and Invoicing Reports.
- Maintain organized records across portfolio management and reporting systems.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, streamline workflows, and introduce automation.
- Maintain internal workflows, SOPs, and documentation.
- Share updates clearly and provide context when reporting completed work or identifying issues.
