Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Management, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 12 years of experience in transformation management with a proven track record of leading large-scale initiatives.
- Strong program management and strategic thinking skills.
- Excellent leadership, communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with executive and senior leadership.
- Proven ability to influence without authority within a matrix organization.
- High degree of business acumen and ability to develop innovative solutions.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Expertise in project management methodologies and tools.
- Travel requirement of up to 25% (domestic/international).
Responsibilities
- Oversee major transformation projects to ensure alignment with organizational objectives and delivery of measurable outcomes.
- Collaborate with business owners and stakeholders to define program strategy, roadmaps, and execution plans.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with senior leaders and stakeholders to drive project buy-in.
- Establish and manage metrics, KPIs, and reporting mechanisms to monitor project progress.
- Identify and mitigate project risks through active management of the RAIDE register.
- Act as a change agent to align teams around transformation goals.
- Drive cross-functional project management of deliverables, owners, and timelines.
