Requirements
- 5 to 7 years of relevant job experience.
- CRCR (Certified Revenue Cycle Representative) license.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Proficiency with MS Access and Excel.
- Proficiency with Business Objects.
- Proficiency with SQL.
- Demonstrated advanced usage of AI for process and technological improvements.
- Ability to travel to and work onsite at client, temporary, or corporate office locations as required.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the Working on the Business (WOTB) coordinator for Acute Back End Operations.
- Compile and analyze Acute Backend Scorecards for leadership review.
- Create executive summaries and ad hoc reports based on data and initiatives.
- Perform SLA tracking, reconciliation, and performance monitoring for Acute Back End engagements.
- Develop project plans and track progress, scope, and resources.
- Collaborate with analytics teams to research data nuances and propose solutions for operational issues.
- Analyze financial performance against key metrics to identify cost savings and operational opportunities.
