- Experience working in international and multicultural environments.
- Understanding of ERP project lifecycles and delivery methodologies.
- Strong project planning, reporting, and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Experience serving as the primary customer-facing point of contact.
- Fluent in English.
- Fluent in French.
Responsibilities
- Lead the delivery of strategic JD Edwards customer projects from initiation through completion.
- Serve as the primary customer-facing point of contact for project delivery.
- Collaborate with international cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure project success.
- Coordinate project resources, manage risks, and resolve dependencies.
- Monitor project progress to ensure delivery on time, within scope, and to quality standards.
