Requirements

  • Minimum 4-6 years of experience in applied public health (local, state, or federal), project coordination, or related field.
  • Master’s degree in Public Health or a related field.
  • Minimum 1-4 years of client-facing experience.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and standard project management tools.
  • Proven track record of facilitating meetings and stakeholder convenings.
  • Experience with community engagement, including partner mapping, outreach, and qualitative data collection.
  • Strong technical writing skills for public-facing reports and presentations.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Direct experience working with municipal, local, state, or federal stakeholders.
  • Valid driver’s license.
  • Alignment with company values.

Responsibilities

  • Lead or co-lead larger technical and advisory projects while contributing to project design.
  • Independently drive work with minimal day-to-day oversight.
  • Manage projects to ensure exemplary client satisfaction.
  • Assist with grants management, including budget preparation, spending monitoring, and reporting.
  • Coordinate and facilitate public meetings, trainings, and community events.
  • Support the design and implementation of substance use abatement strategies, including opioid settlement fund stewardship.
  • Develop written deliverables such as reports, presentations, and summaries.
  • Assist in preparing grant proposals and funding documentation.
