Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in marketing, content creation, or community/member engagement.
- Demonstrated ability to design graphics, edit short videos, and write punchy copy.
- Experience with marketing automation platforms (Braze preferred).
- Familiarity with design tools such as Canva, Figma, or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple campaigns across various clients.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with engagement metrics and email marketing tools.
- Experience producing physical merchandise or print materials is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Build, launch, and optimize multi-channel engagement campaigns in Braze, including email, SMS, and direct mail.
- Partner with Client Success to develop and present innovative member engagement strategies tailored to client needs.
- Present campaign performance and data-driven recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Create short-form and digital content to make financial wellbeing approachable.
- Manage the end-to-end creation of physical engagement materials.
- Curate digital and in-person events for client populations.
- Test new engagement ideas and optimize based on data performance.
