Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in marketing, content creation, community/member engagement, or similar creative roles.
- Experience in the benefits industry is highly preferred.
- Maker mentality with the ability to design graphics, edit short videos, and write punchy copy.
- Proficiency with marketing automation platforms, specifically Braze.
- Familiarity with design tools such as Canva, Figma, or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple client campaigns simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for client-facing collaboration.
- Experience with engagement metrics and campaign reporting tools.
- Experience producing physical merchandise or print materials is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Build, launch, and optimize multi-channel engagement campaigns in Braze, including email, SMS, and direct mail.
- Partner with Client Success to develop and implement innovative member engagement strategies tailored to specific client populations.
- Present campaign performance data and actionable recommendations to internal stakeholders and clients.
- Create approachable short-form digital content and manage the production of physical engagement materials.
- Curate digital and in-person events to increase platform adoption and value for client employees.
- Collaborate with HR and benefits teams to refine engagement strategies based on population needs.
