Job Details

8+ years of experience in SEO, with agency experience highly regarded
Strong technical SEO and on-page optimisation expertise
Demonstrated experience developing and executing successful SEO strategies
Hands-on experience with AI Optimisation (AIO), Answer Engine Optimisation (AEO), or emerging AI search practices
Experience managing WordPress websites and implementing SEO improvements
Strong knowledge of backlink acquisition, guest posting, and digital PR strategies
Proficiency with tools such as Google Search Console, Google Analytics, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, and other SEO platforms
Familiarity with Google Ads
Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and provide strategic recommendations

Develop and execute SEO, AIO, and AEO strategies to increase organic local visibility and qualified traffic
Perform technical SEO audits and implement on-page optimisation initiatives
Develop and manage the SEO roadmap, providing regular progress updates and performance reporting
Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and content opportunity assessments
Optimise website content and structure to improve visibility across search engines and AI-powered search platforms
Manage and update website content using WordPress
Develop high-quality backlink strategies through guest posting, digital PR, and other authority-building initiatives
Monitor website performance using SEO and analytics tools, providing actionable insights and recommendations
