Requirements
- 4+ years of full-stack development experience.
- Expert-level fluency in modern JavaScript frameworks, specifically React, Next.js, TypeScript, and Tailwind.
- Solid understanding of backend patterns, ideally Ruby on Rails and Postgres.
- Strong grasp of CSS and responsive design.
- Experience with data visualization libraries such as Highcharts, D3.js, or Recharts.
- Ability to critique designs in Figma for both technical feasibility and usability.
- Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and communicate asynchronously.
- Experience building scalable and reusable components.
- Strong communication skills for interacting with business stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Build interactive charts and dashboards for visualizing occupancy rates and revenue pacing.
- Redesign core workflows to improve accessibility of revenue management settings.
- Partner with design and product teams to prototype features and ensure technical feasibility.
- Architect front-end systems, focusing on state management and performance optimization.
- Deploy code regularly and maintain high standards for user experience and polished micro-interactions.
