Requirements

Master's level degree in a relevant field
Possession of required state licensure
Knowledge of mental health and substance abuse diagnosis
Experience in treatment planning and conducting comprehensive assessments
Proficiency with telehealth software and digital communication tools
Private, secure home workspace ensuring HIPAA compliance and patient safety
Fluency in English
Strong ability to work in partnership with clients to achieve therapeutic goals
Ability to work Monday through Friday, 10am-7pm or 11am-8pm Eastern time

Responsibilities

Provide outpatient mental health and/or substance abuse services through a telehealth program
Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments
Develop and implement effective treatment plans
Partner with clients to achieve therapeutic goals
Utilize telehealth software, video communication, and internal digital tools throughout the workday
