Requirements

Master's level degree in a relevant field
Active licensure as a Registered Mental Health Counselor Intern (RMHCI)
Knowledge of mental health and/or substance abuse diagnosis
Experience in treatment planning and conducting comprehensive assessments
Experience working in partnership with clients to achieve goals
Proficiency with telehealth software, video communication, and internal communication tools
Must have a private, secure workspace to ensure patient safety and HIPAA compliance
Fluency in English (Spanish fluency is preferred)

Responsibilities

Provide outpatient mental health services through our telehealth program
Conduct comprehensive assessments
Develop and implement treatment plans
Collaborate with clients to achieve therapeutic goals
Utilize telehealth software and video communication tools throughout the day
