Requirements

Master's level degree
Active licensure as a Registered Mental Health Counselor Intern (RMHCI) in Florida
Fluency in English
Fluency in Spanish is preferred
Knowledge of mental health and substance abuse diagnosis
Experience in treatment planning and comprehensive assessments
Proficiency with telehealth software and video communication tools
Private, secure workspace for patient confidentiality and HIPAA compliance
Availability for full-time schedule, Monday - Friday (10am-7pm or 11am-8pm Eastern)

Responsibilities

Provide outpatient services through our telehealth program
Utilize comprehensive assessments to evaluate client needs
Develop and implement effective treatment plans
Partner with clients to achieve therapeutic goals
Maintain patient safety and HIPAA compliance in a private remote work environment
Utilize telehealth software, video communication, and internal tools throughout the day
