Requirements
- At least 6 months of experience as a graphic designer, ideally in Email Marketing.
- Solid understanding of design principles.
- Consistent capacity of 30-35h/week (140h/m).
- Availability and responsiveness during 15:00 - 18:00 BCN Time (Mon-Fri).
- Fluent English speaking, reading, and writing.
- Familiarity with Slack, Asana, and G-Suite.
- Results-driven attitude and high attention to detail.
- Ability to learn/adapt fast.
- Ability to be accountable, consistent, and responsible.
- Laptop or PC with a fast, stable internet connection.
Responsibilities
- Create and develop smart, strategic concepts in design.
- Design marketing materials including digital creative for blog, social media, and email marketing assets.
- Communicate design ideas verbally and visually to team members and clients.
- Work with the design team on developing and maintaining brand standards.
- Ensure a high level of quality and consistent look and feel across materials.
