Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in a customer-facing technical role such as Sales Engineering, Solutions Architecture, or Technical Advisory.
- Deep foundational knowledge of Large Language Models (LLMs), retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and MCP orchestration.
- Solid understanding of enterprise security principles, including Zero Trust architecture, DLP, and cloud-native security.
- Proven track record navigating complex, enterprise-level sales cycles.
- Exceptional presentation and storytelling skills with the ability to articulate business value to C-level executives.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills working with Sales, Product, and Marketing teams.
- Experience with AI prototyping including interacting with LLM APIs and scripting (preferred).
- Expertise in AI risk management including data leakage, model governance, and compliance frameworks (preferred).
- History of creating high-impact field assets and technical workshops (preferred).
Responsibilities
- Architect AI technical strategy by partnering with enterprise account teams to execute high-value security opportunities.
- Deliver tailored, outcome-driven demonstrations and proofs-of-concept for the AI security platform.
- Serve as a field authority on modern AI patterns including RAG, agents, and prompt workflows.
- Advise clients on preventing sensitive data exposure and managing unsanctioned AI usage.
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to provide customer feedback for product roadmaps.
- Build reusable demo assets, technical playbooks, and enablement content to scale the global sales force.
