- At least 5 years of experience directly managing high-performing teams.
- Deep fluency in public cloud architecture, Zero Trust architecture, data loss prevention (DLP), and cloud-native security.
- Expertise in modern AI patterns, including LLMs, MCP, RAG, and agentic architectures.
- Exceptional presentation skills with experience in value-based storytelling for C-suite executives.
- Proven cross-functional success collaborating with Product, Engineering, and GTM leadership.
- Willingness to travel up to 40% of the time.
Responsibilities
- Scale the AI Technical Strategy by partnering with global sales leadership to drive high-value opportunities.
- Recruit, mentor, and lead a team of high-performing Principal AI Security Specialists.
- Build repeatable GTM playbooks, including standardized Proof of Value (POV) frameworks and demo assets.
- Serve as an executive technical advisor for Fortune 500 C-level stakeholders.
- Synthesize field insights to directly influence product and engineering roadmaps.
