Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in enablement, learning, program management, or a related go-to-market role.
  • Proven experience in FinTech, SaaS, or other high-growth environments.
  • Demonstrated success building and scaling cross-functional enablement or learning programs.
  • Experience designing programs for sales leaders, frontline managers, and customer-facing teams.
  • Strong program management skills, including strategy development, roadmap planning, and governance.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders across functions and seniority levels.
  • Deep understanding of sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC, Challenger, or SPICED.
  • Experience translating sales methodology into practical workflows and reinforcement plans.
  • Experience designing scalable blended learning approaches.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience defining success measures and using data to improve programs.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Design and own scalable enablement programs for Revenue leaders and frontline sellers.
  • Build a revenue-specific leader program focused on coaching, inspection, and manager effectiveness.
  • Define the strategy and operating model for a unified sales methodology program.
  • Partner with Sales leadership, managers, and Analytics to align on priorities and success measures.
  • Create repeatable program structures, stakeholder rhythms, and governance to ensure scalability.
  • Drive adoption through change management, manager reinforcement, and in-workflow enablement.
  • Track program success metrics and leverage insights to continuously improve effectiveness.
