Requirements
- 6+ years of backend software engineering or systems integration experience in an agency, consulting, or enterprise environment.
- Deep technical command of REST and GraphQL API design.
- Experience with serverless microservices and webhooks.
- Strong knowledge of secure authentication models (OAuth).
- Direct experience developing and configuring workflows inside Adobe Workfront and Adobe Workfront Fusion.
- Hands-on experience utilizing Adobe App Builder and Adobe Commerce API Mesh for out-of-process system extensions.
- Familiarity with connecting Adobe Experience Manager (AEM Assets) and creative workflows with external work management tools.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot complex system connection bottlenecks and latency issues across multi-platform networks.
- Must be able to travel as required.
Responsibilities
- Remediate broken API paths, custom service integrations, and data calls causing timeouts or system outages.
- Shift custom system extensions from brittle codebase overrides to modern, serverless, out-of-process architectures.
- Construct automated handoff hooks and workflow pipelines bridging work management systems with marketing engines.
- Design, build, and test robust webhook configurations and event-driven data transfer layers.
- Collaborate with web and data architects to secure end-to-end commerce, customer, and transactional data pathways.
