Requirements
- Current licensure as a Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner (CRNP) or Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN).
- Master's or Doctoral degree in Nursing.
- Current certification by ANCC, AANP, or other qualifying agency as an Adult or Family Nurse Practitioner.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in gastroenterology specialty in an outpatient setting.
- Must hold compact licensure.
- Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary care providers.
- Comfort with a consistent evening schedule (10AM–6PM or 11AM–7PM EST/CST).
- Willingness to obtain licensure in 2 additional states within 60 days of hire.
Responsibilities
- Deliver virtual patient care in alignment with Oshi's evidence-based care model, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning for GI conditions.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including GI physicians, dietitians, behavioral health specialists, and care coordinators to implement coordinated care plans.
- Adhere to clinical protocols including ROME IV criteria and AGA and ACG guidelines.
- Document patient interactions accurately and timely within the EHR.
- Allocate approximately 30 hours per week to direct patient care and 10 hours to documentation, meetings, and administrative responsibilities.
- Participate in quality improvement, clinical program development, and professional training.
