Requirements
- 10+ years of software engineering experience.
- Proven track record of architecting and delivering complex, scalable web applications.
- Deep system-level expertise in TypeScript.
- Proficiency in Node.js and React.
- Ability to reason about the full stack from database to browser.
- History of leading complex technical projects and making critical architectural decisions.
- Passion for mentoring and technical leadership.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
Responsibilities
- Drive the technical vision and architecture for the core product, including integration of AI features.
- Lead the design and execution of large-scale technical projects such as monorepo evolution or architecture migrations.
- Mentor senior engineers through code reviews and architectural guidance.
- Establish engineering best practices and elevate the team's overall skill level.
- Partner with leadership to identify and mitigate technical risks in the long-term product roadmap.
