- Minimum of 2 years experience directly licensing clinicians.
- Experience with both behavioral health and medical license types (LCSW, PsychD, LPC, MD/DO, NP, etc.).
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Strong ability to collaborate across functions.
- Ability to work with highly confidential information.
- Meticulous attention to detail.
- Results-oriented with strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Service-oriented, self-confident, and dependable.

Responsibilities
- Perform ongoing process and documentation maintenance to ensure adherence to guidelines and successful credentialing.
- Initiate and facilitate licensing activities for new and existing clinical staff including physicians, nurses, and behavioral health professionals.
- Perform white glove licensing on behalf of clinicians.
- Ensure successful completion of assigned licensing plans and escalate issues as necessary.
- Maintain accurate clinician information to meet regulatory and partner obligations.
- Support the selection and maintenance of tools for license management and renewals.
- Partner with clinical care managers to provide logistical support.
- Solve problems and iterate on existing processes.
- Communicate risks, milestones, and project impact to leadership.
