Requirements
- 2-4 years of professional experience in Revenue, Sales, IT Operations, or Program/Project Management.
- Deep, hands-on experience personally deploying AI automations and agents.
- Proficiency with automation platforms and AI tools such as Claude and n8n.
- Strong systems thinking ability to map processes into logic flows.
- Experience in change management and communicating complex technical concepts.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and manage stakeholder coordination.
- Experience running structured technical events or hackathons.
- Proven capability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
- Strong operational mindset with a focus on ROI and efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Scale the AI CoE operating model by coordinating cross-functional champions.
- Manage and improve the AI CoE portal for use-case intake, automation, and governance.
- Develop and deliver training programs to enable employees to build their own automations.
- Convert hackathons into a repeatable quarterly playbook to move projects into production.
- Design, build, and deploy AI agents and logic-based workflows using n8n and AI tools.
- Maintain AI governance frameworks and ensure compliance with SDLC processes.
- Report program maturity against the Gartner AI Maturity Scale to executive and board audiences.
- Drive internal communication and change management to encourage AI adoption.
