Requirements
- 5+ years of software engineering experience.
- 2+ years of experience building AI/ML-powered applications or agentic systems in production.
- 2–3+ years of experience working on HR, People Operations, or people technology problems.
- Strong fluency in workflow automation and AI tooling (n8n, Python, Claude API/Anthropic SDK).
- Deep working knowledge of Workday, including job change workflows, EIB data uploads, and integration architecture.
- Demonstrated ability to connect HR systems via API.
- Strong analytical problem-solving skills for structuring complex HR processes into automated analysis.
- Understanding of employee data classification, PII handling, and cross-jurisdictional HR compliance.
Responsibilities
- Design and deploy AI-powered HR solutions using n8n, Claude API, Python, and MCP.
- Build multi-agent systems with tool use and function calling to integrate HRIS, ATS, payroll, and ticketing tools.
- Implement error handling, audit trails, and human-in-the-loop checkpoints for production systems.
- Maintain governance and risk standards, including data classification and audit logging for sensitive employee data.
- Provide documentation, templates, and training to enable the People team to maintain deployed workflows.
- Track and report on automation metrics like payroll exceptions avoided and manual hours saved.
