Job Details

BA/BS Degree or equivalent experience
5+ years in DevOps, Site Reliability, or Infrastructure Engineering roles
Business-level fluency to read, write and speak in English
Proven track record of successfully deploying and managing large-scale Node.js applications in production environments
Deep understanding of cloud-native architectures and best practices for building resilient, scalable, and secure applications on AWS
Experience with Docker and Kubernetes
Expertise in designing and implementing CI/CD pipelines tailored for Node.js projects
Familiarity with infrastructure as code (IaC) tools like Pulumi
Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
Proactive mindset, staying abreast of emerging trends and technologies in DevOps and cloud engineering

Drive implementation and maintenance of Webflow’s build system, ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance.
Oversee the configuration and management of multiple development environments, providing guidance to ensure consistency across teams and environments.
Define and enforce development processes and best practices to improve efficiency and quality throughout the software development lifecycle.
Spearhead the deployment strategy for production environments, implementing robust rollback mechanisms and monitoring solutions.
Mentor junior members of the DevOps team, fostering their growth and knowledge in DevOps principles and technologies.
Collaborate with software engineering teams to optimize application performance and resource utilization in production environments.
Participate in engineering citizenship activities such as co-authoring engineering blogs, strengthening and improving our hiring processes, and leading internal hackathon teams.
