Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Customer service experience strongly preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Ability to learn and utilize Jira Service Desk.
- Understanding of HIPAA compliance requirements.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote environment.
- Ability to interact effectively with all levels of client organizational structures.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients within the Select Client Segment.
- Resolve and track client requests using the Jira Service Desk.
- Collaborate with internal teams and BPO partners to address client tickets.
- Develop processes with clients to enhance business models and increase revenue.
- Monitor contract terms, renewal dates, and OEMS license dates.
- Capture and store important documents in NetSuite.
- Adhere to HIPAA compliance and privacy policies.
