Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Customer service experience strongly preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Ability to learn and utilize Jira Service Desk.
  • Understanding of HIPAA compliance requirements.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote environment.
  • Ability to interact effectively with all levels of client organizational structures.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients within the Select Client Segment.
  • Resolve and track client requests using the Jira Service Desk.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and BPO partners to address client tickets.
  • Develop processes with clients to enhance business models and increase revenue.
  • Monitor contract terms, renewal dates, and OEMS license dates.
  • Capture and store important documents in NetSuite.
  • Adhere to HIPAA compliance and privacy policies.
