Requirements
- 5+ years of Product Management experience in a B2B SaaS company.
- Experience in the healthcare technology domain.
- Proven success in bringing B2B SaaS products to market, including GTM strategy and market segmentation.
- Strong knowledge of FHIR (Fast Healthcare Interoperability Resources).
- Understanding of enterprise software, SaaS business models, and complex sales cycles.
- Technical aptitude to collaborate effectively with engineering teams.
- Strong communication and critical thinking skills.
- Ability to build consensus and influence stakeholders, including the C-Suite.
- Experience leveraging AI tools in day-to-day operations.
- Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, Slack, Google Suite, and Productboard.
Responsibilities
- Spearhead product positioning and messaging for target customer segments.
- Partner with Sales on strategic deals to communicate solution value.
- Define business cases, revenue share models, and adoption paths for new integrations.
- Collaborate with Marketing on launch strategies, content development, and release plans.
- Create and maintain field enablement materials such as battle cards and demo narratives.
- Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle for connectivity and data enrichment.
- Define and monitor product KPIs to inform strategy and measure success.
- Analyze and translate regulatory requirements like TEFCA, CMS rules, and FHIR into product investments.
