Requirements
- 4+ years of industry experience as a software engineer.
- Experience building REST-based services and API development, ideally in Java.
- Experience building UI/UX end-to-end using React or React Native.
- Strong grasp of modern JS standards (ES6+), specifically TypeScript.
- Experience with SQL databases, including schema design, migrations, and analytical queries.
- Experience using AI tooling with knowledge of best practices.
- GraphQL experience is a plus.
- Kubernetes or Docker experience is a plus.
- Quantitative skills or experience in Finance is a plus.
Responsibilities
- A/B test and optimize features to support business growth.
- Optimize queries and relational database schemas for performance.
- Implement predictive algorithms for risk management, income verification, and monetary transactions.
- Integrate with 3rd party APIs.
- Build improvements to internal tools to decrease customer service workload.
- Implement motion design and UI/UX for user-facing applications.
- Develop new mobile and web clients for upcoming products.
