Responsibilities

  • Serve as a primary liaison between clients, doctors, insurance adjusters, and workers' comp attorneys.
  • Communicate status updates and strategy recommendations to clients via phone, email, and formal reports.
  • Analyze client claims data and historical trends to identify patterns and refine management strategies.
  • Negotiate with involved parties to ensure claims are directed in the client's best interest.
  • Manage daily claims workflows using Salesforce, Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Adobe.
