Requirements
- 5+ years of accounting or finance experience.
- Strong proficiency in financial statement preparation, cash flow management, and budgeting.
- Background in a multi-client environment such as a public accounting firm, BPO, or fractional finance platform.
- Must have managed 5+ client files simultaneously.
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks Online.
- Expert-level skills in Excel.
- Familiarity with law firm financial metrics like utilization, realization, and IOLTA/trust accounting.
- Ability to present financial data clearly to non-financial law firm owners.
- Must be willing to operate exclusively within the SMB Financial OS and standardized EOP framework.
- Experience with Clio or other legal billing software preferred.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary financial point of contact for a portfolio of 10–20 law firm clients.
- Deliver financial reporting, cash flow forecasts, budgets, and variance analyses on a consistent monthly basis.
- Evaluate monthly close reviews, validate balance sheet integrity, and monitor financial risks.
- Apply the Law Firm Growth Accelerator Model consistently across all client engagements.
- Collaborate with the bookkeeping team on shared clients to ensure timely deliverables.
