Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in software testing/SDET roles with an emphasis on automated solutions (non-UI focus).
- Experience with blockchain-based solutions in testing and validation.
- Experience with Foundry/Hardhat in testing or development.
- Experience with Smart Contract development (Solidity, Rust).
- Familiarity with blockchain internal architecture (e.g., EVM, IBC, Consensus).
- Experience with API, RPC, or gRPC testing.
- Understanding of database solutions such as MongoDB, PostgreSQL, or NoSQL.
- Strong understanding of SDLC and STLC.
- Ability to investigate root causes and understand eventual consistency.
- Comfortable testing infrastructure without GUIs and utilizing observability as a testing tool.
Responsibilities
- Break down solutions conceptually into testable components to develop verification and validation plans.
- Identify solution risk areas and develop test harnesses that integrate into the SDLC.
- Work with engineering teams to evolve testing practices to improve coverage and compliance.
- Integrate test practices into CI/CD solutions to generate metrics and visibility.
- Perform functional, regression, integration, and performance testing.
- Collaborate with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to ensure comprehensive test coverage.
- Document and track bugs using tracking tools like JIRA.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
