Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in software engineering delivering production systems.
- 2+ years of experience in customer-facing engineering or consulting roles.
- Strong software engineering skills with ability to design and build complete solutions.
- Hands-on experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS or Azure).
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Git, and CI/CD workflows.
- Experience integrating external APIs and enterprise systems (ERP, CRM, Identity providers).
- Practical experience building AI applications using LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic).
- Understanding of RAG architectures and vector databases.
- Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- English proficiency at C1 level or higher.
- Polish language proficiency at B2 level.
Responsibilities
- Lead technical discovery sessions with business and IT stakeholders.
- Translate complex client challenges into clear technical architectures and delivery plans.
- Build production-grade AI applications using LLM APIs, RAG architectures, and agentic workflows.
- Integrate AI solutions with enterprise systems including ERP, CRM, and databases.
- Manage the full delivery lifecycle from proof of concept to production deployment.
- Document technical solutions, deployment processes, and integration patterns.
- Collaborate with Delivery Managers to manage technical risks, scope, and communication.
