Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in software engineering with a proven track record of delivering production systems.
- 2+ years of experience in customer-facing engineering, consulting, or solutions engineering roles.
- Strong hands-on experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS or Azure).
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Git, and CI/CD workflows.
- Practical experience building AI-powered applications using LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, or similar).
- Solid understanding of RAG architectures, vector databases, and AI-powered workflows.
- Experience integrating enterprise systems including ERP, CRM, identity providers, and data platforms.
- Strong communication skills to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- English language proficiency at C1 level or higher.
- Polish language proficiency at B2 level.
Responsibilities
- Lead technical discovery sessions with business and IT stakeholders.
- Translate complex client challenges into clear technical solutions and delivery plans.
- Design scalable architectures for AI-powered applications and data-intensive systems.
- Build production-grade AI applications using LLM APIs, RAG architectures, and agentic workflows.
- Develop integrations between AI solutions and enterprise environments including ERP, CRM, and legacy systems.
- Own the full delivery lifecycle from initial proof of concept through production deployment and stabilization.
- Document technical solutions, deployment processes, and integration patterns.
