Requirements
- Deep expertise in Guidewire Cloud Platform, including InsuranceSuite, PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, and ClaimCenter.
- Strong knowledge of Gosu, Java, integration patterns, and cloud release and upgrade models.
- Experience with CI/CD, deployment automation, automated testing, and continuous delivery.
- Strong coaching and mentoring experience with senior engineers and tech leads.
- Ability to contribute across implementation, architecture, and engineering strategy.
Responsibilities
- Coach tech leads and engineering squads in modern engineering practices, including automated testing, trunk-based development, CI/CD, and progressive delivery.
- Drive continuous delivery improvements within Guidewire Cloud.
- Help remove blockers to the adoption of modern engineering practices.
- Act as a bridge between delivery teams and Guidewire on platform-related issues and change requests.
- Improve code quality, automation, and engineering standards.
- Define and measure engineering maturity goals.
