Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in youth mobilization, campus organizing, nonprofit program leadership, or network-based program management.
  • Proven track record of managing managers and scaling distributed teams.
  • Experience in designing and executing large-scale programs with measurable outcomes and equity-centered frameworks.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate strategy into execution, set KPIs, and drive accountability.
  • Experience in external representation, including partnerships, funder engagement, and public speaking.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Familiarity with data-driven program management tools such as Salesforce and digital collaboration platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Define and own the strategic vision, goals, and performance metrics for the nationwide Chapter Network.
  • Lead the design, execution, and continuous improvement of chapter programs, including onboarding, training, and resource distribution.
  • Manage and develop a growing team, including direct supervision of senior managers and leadership coaching.
  • Oversee cross-functional collaboration with internal departments to ensure program alignment, measurement, and funding.
  • Manage budget planning and oversight to ensure efficient allocation of resources.
  • Represent the organization externally, building partnerships with schools, funders, and community stakeholders.
