Requirements

  • 4–7+ years of experience in a technical, client-facing role such as Solutions Engineer, Integration Engineer, Technical Account Manager, or similar
  • Strong hands-on experience with REST APIs, including implementation, troubleshooting, and platform-to-platform integrations
  • Proven ability to analyze logs, system metrics, and observability data to diagnose technical issues
  • Experience working with B2B SaaS platforms and managing full customer integration lifecycles
  • Proficiency with tools such as Postman, SQL, Git/GitHub, and Linux environments
  • Strong communication skills in English, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders globally
  • Familiarity with software architecture concepts and API-driven systems

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end technical onboarding and integration of REST APIs for global B2B clients, ensuring smooth implementation and adoption
  • Design and architect custom integration workflows in collaboration with internal engineering and R&D teams
  • Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize API performance using observability tools such as Grafana, Kibana, and OpenSearch
  • Act as the primary technical escalation point between external client engineering teams and internal stakeholders
  • Evaluate customer integration requirements and provide technical guidance, feasibility assessments, and optimization recommendations
  • Translate system logs and metrics into actionable insights to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues
  • Contribute to API best practices, documentation, and continuous improvement of integration processes
