Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Power BI development, MS SQL Server, and data visualization.
- Strong expertise in SQL development, including query optimization and stored procedures.
- Advanced proficiency in Power BI tools such as DAX, Power Query, and Power Pivot.
- Solid understanding of data modeling, BI architecture, and UX principles for dashboard design.
- Experience working in SaaS or Fintech environments is highly preferred.
- Hands-on exposure to Power BI Embedded, REST APIs, and Azure services (ADF, ADLS, Azure SQL) is a plus.
- Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving capabilities.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across global, cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop interactive, scalable Power BI dashboards for internal teams and external clients, ensuring clarity, performance, and usability.
- Translate complex business requirements into robust data models and reporting solutions that support decision-making.
- Build, optimize, and maintain SQL queries, stored procedures, and reporting datasets for high-performance analytics.
- Implement and support embedded BI solutions using Power BI Embedded, APIs, and scripting (JavaScript/TypeScript).
- Monitor and improve dashboard performance, data accuracy, and user experience through continuous optimization and QA.
- Partner with cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, and Client Success to deliver impactful data solutions.
- Support ad-hoc analysis requests and deliver actionable insights using SQL and BI tools.
