Requirements
- Experience delivering technology initiatives, preferably involving AI, analytics platforms, or data-driven solutions.
- Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies, including Scrum and SAFe (PI Planning experience required).
- Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps (ADO) for backlog management, tracking deliveries, and reporting metrics.
- Solid understanding of cloud environments, infrastructure, and modern technology platforms.
- Strong project governance, planning, and execution capabilities.
- Ability to translate complex technical topics into clear business insights.
- Experience working in global environments or with multiple vendors (nice to have).
- Exposure to automation, GenAI, or advanced analytics initiatives (nice to have).
Responsibilities
- Manage the full project lifecycle, including initiation, planning, execution, go-live, and transition to BAU (Business as Usual).
- Ensure adherence to governance frameworks, delivery standards, and quality requirements across all project phases.
- Define scope, objectives, milestones, timelines, and dependencies, ensuring clear alignment among stakeholders.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate risks, issues, and interdependencies throughout project execution.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, vendors, and business stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery.
- Facilitate decision-making processes, escalation paths, and resolution of blockers in a structured manner.
- Produce clear status reports, dashboards, RAID logs, and executive-level summaries.
- Apply an analytical and data-driven approach to support planning and decision-making.
