- Experience with clean code and pragmatic development standards.
- Ability to thrive in ambiguity and create robust technical solutions.
- Experience using AI coding tools in daily workflow.
- Fluent in English.
- Ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Own features end-to-end from discovery and technical design through implementation, rollout, and iteration.
- Drive technical decisions by clarifying tradeoffs across UX, performance, security, and time-to-market.
- Raise app reliability and maintainability by improving architecture, performance, and test strategy.
- Tackle complex mobile challenges including real-time synchronization and resilience patterns.
- Grow the team's Android craft by leading code reviews, sharing patterns, and mentoring peers.
