Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in world-class Android app development.
- Proficiency in Kotlin, Jetpack Compose, Coroutines, and Dagger.
- Deep understanding of MVVM and Clean Architecture patterns.
- Experience with WorkManager, Android Overlay, and background/foreground services.
- Hands-on experience building custom launchers or home-screen replacements.
- Familiarity with Unity-as-a-Library integration and separate-process Activities.
- Expertise in memory profiling and ANR troubleshooting.
- Experience integrating AdMob, Google Mobile Ads, or Unity Ads.
- Proficiency in AI-assisted development (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code).
- Native Turkish and fluent English proficiency.
- Commitment to unit/integration testing and continuous delivery workflows.
Responsibilities
- Build and ship native Android home-screen launchers including app grids, drawers, folders, and themes.
- Integrate Unity games using Unity-as-a-Library running in separate processes.
- Optimize home-screen performance, including startup times, memory management, and ANR analysis.
- Design a modular, reusable launcher platform to support multiple app variants.
- Implement monetization features while maintaining Google Play policy compliance.
- Utilize AI coding assistants and agentic tools to accelerate delivery and maintain high code quality.
- Collaborate with product and design teams to take projects from planning through deployment.
