Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience.
7+ years of experience in QA or Quality Engineering roles.
3+ years of hands-on experience building and maintaining test automation frameworks.
Expert-level proficiency in Playwright for E2E, API, and integration test automation.
Strong programming skills in TypeScript or JavaScript.
Strong manual testing skills with ability to design and execute complex test scenarios.
Deep understanding of API testing tools such as Postman or REST Assured.
Experience integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps).
Experience using version control systems (Git, GitHub) and branching strategies.
Proven experience leading testing efforts and mentoring team members.
Experience with Jira for defect tracking and test case management.

Develop comprehensive understanding of the Next Platform application and tax business workflows.
Perform sophisticated manual and exploratory testing for complex features and critical workflows.
Design and implement end-to-end and API test automation frameworks using Playwright.
Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines to ensure seamless deployment validation.
Utilize Claude Code for AI-assisted test case generation, maintenance, and quality workflows.
Define QA strategies, conduct risk-based regression analysis, and establish testing KPIs.
Lead technical testing efforts, mentor QA team members, and drive continuous improvement in processes.
Document and track defects in Jira, collaborating with development to ensure timely resolution.
