Requirements
- At least 2 years of professional backend development experience.
- Solid understanding and proficiency in Node.js and TypeScript.
- Proactive problem-solving skills with the ability to understand business goals and drive improvements.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and define solutions in undefined situations.
- Deep technical curiosity and strong CS fundamentals.
- Transparent communication and collaborative mindset.
- Practical experience with authentication protocols (OpenID Connect, OAuth 2.0, JWT, Access Token flows) preferred.
- Experience with 0-to-1 product development and scaling early-stage products.
- Familiarity with test automation and code quality improvement practices.
- Knowledge of high-volume traffic architectures and experience with API Gateway, PaaS, or SaaS development.
- Familiarity with Docker, message brokers (RabbitMQ/Kafka), and cloud environments (AWS/GCP).
Responsibilities
- Design and maintain core backend systems and high-availability infrastructure for the hConnect platform.
- Develop and extend modules to integrate with global national electronic ID (eID) systems and external services.
- Ensure system stability and scalability to support future traffic growth and feature expansion.
- Develop and maintain reliable APIs for internal services and external partner integrations.
- Collaborate through code reviews, author clean/maintainable code, and contribute to a culture of engineering excellence.
