Experience: 2+ years of fitting experience

Requirements

Active AUD license in CA, NY, PA, or TX
2+ years of fitting experience
A patient-first, empathetic approach
Comfort working independently and managing your own schedule
Strong organizational skills
Ability to work across teams in a fast-paced environment
Reliable home internet with a hardwired connection (100+ Mbps download / 20+ Mbps upload)
Willingness to obtain licensure in additional states

Responsibilities

Conduct remote evaluations, device fittings, and follow-up care for patients across your licensed state(s)
Educate and guide patients on getting the most from their hearing technology
Provide feedback on new hearing care tools and workflows that improve the patient experience
Collaborate cross functionally to ensure seamless patient journeys
