- Review incoming job requests including photos, videos, and descriptions and define clear, complete scopes of work
- Determine required tasks, materials, tools, and estimated time needed for each job
- Identify missing or unclear information and proactively follow up with homeowners to fill gaps
- Communicate with homeowners to clarify requests, set expectations, and prepare them for upcoming visits
- Flag jobs that are out of scope, unsafe, or require licensed specialists
- Maintain consistency in scoping standards and clean documentation of scopes, notes, and assumptions
- Support operations with queue management and prioritization
