Experience: 2+ years of fitting experience

Requirements

Active HIS license in CA, NY, PA, or TX
2+ years of fitting experience
Successfully passed the International Licensing Exam (ILE)
Patient-first approach with empathetic communication skills
Comfort working independently and managing own schedule and caseload
Strong organizational skills
Reliable home internet: hardwired connection required (100+ Mbps download / 20+ Mbps upload)
Willingness to obtain licensure in additional states

Responsibilities

Conduct remote evaluations, device fittings, and follow-up care for patients across your licensed state(s)
Educate and guide patients on getting the most from their hearing technology
Provide feedback on new hearing care tools and workflows that improve the patient experience
Collaborate cross functionally to ensure seamless patient journeys
