- 7+ years of full-cycle recruiting / talent acquisition experience
Requirements
- 7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with success in medical or healthcare fields.
- Proven experience sourcing Nurses or Clinical Data Abstractors.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Cross-functional recruiting experience across corporate, technical, and healthcare functions.
- Deep familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean logic, and healthcare databases.
- Experience partnering with hiring managers and senior business leaders.
- Proficiency with modern Applicant Tracking Systems; Greenhouse experience is a plus.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent searches in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable working and communicating asynchronously in a remote-first environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a small talent acquisition team by refining shared processes and modeling best practices.
- Manage full-cycle recruiting for clinical, healthcare, corporate, and technical roles.
- Partner with hiring managers to define candidate profiles, develop recruiting strategies, and act as a talent advisor.
- Design and execute creative, out-of-the-box sourcing strategies for passive healthcare talent.
- Conduct recruiter screens and manage candidates through the interview process with timely communication.
- Track recruiting metrics such as time-to-hire and conversion rates to provide market insights.
- Maintain a pristine ATS and ensure adherence to employment laws.
