- Bachelor's degree from a recognized institution.
- 4–7 years of HRIS experience.
- Minimum 3 full-cycle implementations.
- Deep expertise in one or more HRIS modules (Core HR, Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Payroll, etc.).
- SAP SuccessFactors Certification (required).
- Strong communication, leadership, and client management skills.
- Ability to independently apply cross-module knowledge.
- Capability to design scalable, integrated solution architectures.
Responsibilities
- Lead requirements workshops and design functional solutions for complex scenarios.
- Configure HRIS modules ensuring adherence to best practices and optimization.
- Manage day-to-day client relationships and act as a trusted advisor.
- Proactively identify and resolve project risks and client concerns.
- Oversee SIT and UAT cycles and ensure quality signoffs on deliverables.
- Review junior team members' configuration for accuracy and completeness.
- Guide and mentor Associate and Junior Consultants on the project.
- Document and share module best practices and lessons learned.
